Body Height
Stand straight without shoes. Measure from the top of the head to the floor.
Bust / Chest
Measure around the fullest part of the bust, keeping the tape straight across the back.
Underbust
Measure around the ribcage directly under the bust, where a bra band sits.
High Waist
Measure around the upper waist, just below the ribcage.
Low Waist
Measure around the waist approximately 5–8 cm (2–3 inches) below the natural waistline.
Shoulder Width
Measure from one shoulder bone to the other across the back.
Shoulder to Bust Point
Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (near the neck) straight down to the bust point.
Bust Point to Bust Point
Measure the distance between the two bust points across the chest.
Sleeve Length
With the arm slightly bent, measure from the shoulder point down to the wrist.
Upper Arm (Bicep) Circumference
Measure around the fullest part of the upper arm with the arm relaxed.
Wrist Circumference
Measure around the narrowest part of the wrist.
Thigh Circumference
Measure around the fullest part of the upper thigh.
High Bust
Measure around the chest above the bust, under the arms and across the back.
Measuring Tips
- Keep the tape parallel to the floor
- Measure without pulling the tape tight
- Stand naturally and relaxed
- Ask someone to help for greater accuracy
