1. Made-to-Measure Policy
All garments are custom-made and produced exclusively according to the measurements and specifications personally provided by the customer.
Each piece is individually constructed and cannot be restocked or resold.
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and other applicable consumer protection laws, goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that your purchase is custom-made and therefore not eligible for return or refund once production has commenced.

2. Order Cancellation (3-Hour Window)
Orders may be cancelled within 3 hours of purchase.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
After this 3-hour window expires, the order is locked into production and becomes strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable due to the custom-made nature of the garment.

3. Measurement Responsibility
Customers are fully responsible for:
•Providing accurate and complete measurements
•Reviewing all submitted information before confirming the order
•Following the provided measuring guidelines
Garments are produced strictly according to the measurements submitted.
We are not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements, inaccurate measuring techniques, or body changes after order placement.

4. Production Timeline
Each garment is individually crafted and produced in the order in which purchases are received.
Production time is typically 2–3 business days, however it may vary depending on order volume and operational capacity.
Production begins after the 3-hour cancellation window has expired.
Estimated production times are not guaranteed and may be extended during periods of high demand.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped via DHL Express immediately upon completion.
Estimated delivery time is 3–4 business days, depending on destination and courier operations.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Orders are considered fulfilled once marked as delivered by the courier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery to the address provided by the customer.

6. Damaged or Production Defects
If you believe your garment has a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims must include:
•Clear photographs
•Video evidence
•Detailed description of the issue
If a production error is verified, we may, at our sole discretion:
•Offer an alteration solution
•Remake the garment
•Provide store credit
Refunds are not guaranteed and remain at the sole discretion of the company.

7. Payment Disputes
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, we reserve the right to formally contest the claim by providing evidence of:
•Customer acknowledgment of these policies
•Custom-made production process
•Shipping confirmation and delivery tracking
Fraudulent disputes may result in refusal of future orders.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
•Change of mind
•Incorrect measurements provided by customer
•Delays caused by customs or shipping carriers
•Slight color variations due to screen differences
•Minor handmade variations that do not affect functionality
Address Changes
Address changes must be requested in writing within the 3-hour cancellation window.
After this period, address modifications are not guaranteed and remain subject to approval.
If an address change results in additional shipping costs (including change of destination country), the customer is responsible for covering the difference before shipment.
All shipments require signature upon delivery.
Once an order has been shipped, address changes are no longer possible.
Measurement & Order Modifications
Measurement corrections or order modifications may be requested within the 3-hour cancellation window.
All modification requests must be submitted in writing via email.
After the 3-hour window expires and production preparation begins, no further changes to measurements, specifications, or order details are possible.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all measurements are accurate before the expiration of the modification window.
